         Yong Tai Berhad (7066) is the public listed company on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad whose core business is in tourism-related property development.
   

   現階段,永大所發展的物業項目主要位於古城馬六甲市中心位置。 是馬來西亞發展頗為迅速的州屬之一。

         Yong Tai’s existing property projects are strategically located within the heritage city centre of Melaka. One of the fastest growing states in Malaysia.


   憑藉著該州作為聯合國教科文組織世界遺產地址的地位, 該公司首個房地產開發項目一座樓高29層的四星級豪華公寓酒店, 已經完工並成功售出。有關計劃是集團與馬六甲PTS產業有限公司聯合投資的成果。頂著這項計劃的成功,永大集團隨即開始在馬六甲市中心開展其他發展項目, 包括The Apple 及 萬怡酒店 (Courtyard by Marriott) ,分別為樓高32層的服務式公寓及16層四星級國際酒店, 後者將為著名萬豪集團監督酒店管理。

         Leveraging on the state’s status as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Company’s maiden property development a 29-storey four-star luxury condominium hotel known as THE PINES, was completed and fully Sold. The development was undertaken via joint venture with Melaka-based PTS Properties Sdn Bhd. Building on the success of the maiden project, Yong Tai embarked on other developments within the city centre of Melaka, known as The Apple and Courtyard by Marriott, a 32-storey serviced apartment development and a 16-storey four-star international hotel in Melaka respectively, where the hotel operations will be managed by the well-known Marriott Group.

    The One Belt, One Road initiative will enhance the cooperation between Melaka and China Guangdong province in the areas of economy, trade tourism and culture. Its gross rental return are among the highest in Asia ahead of Hong Kong and Singapore.

  • DEEP SEA PORT

    Ever since China rolled out its Belt and Road initiative, many countries have received billions of dollars towards infrastructure development to boost trade and investment along the old Silk Road that connects China and many other countries.

    One of the big area in China’s investment has been in ports, and Malaysia has been a huge recipient of those investments. It was reported that Chinese companies will be investing US$7.2bil in the Melaka Gateway. Deep sea port in Melaka is reportedly targeted to be a liquid cargo terminal with storage facilities that will benefit oil trading in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

  • KL-SINGAPORE HIGH-SPEED RAILWAY

    Connecting Melaka to Singapore within 45 minutes. Estimated to be completed in 2026, the railway will drive local and regional economic development to new heights. A new coastal highway under construction will be provide direct access to the beaches of Port Dickson and the city of Kuala Lumpur. Direct flights from Guangzhou, Indonesia and Vietnam are expected to draw more tourist to Melaka.

  • 吉隆坡-新加坡高速鐵路
    此鐵路能夠將馬六甲到新加坡的路程所需時間距離縮短至45分鐘。 預計在2026年完工的鐵路,將推動地方及區域性經濟發展邁向新高。 目前處於施工階段的新沿海大道,將連接波德申海濱及吉隆坡市中心。來自廣州、印尼及越南的直飛航班預計將吸引更多遊客到訪馬六甲。
